At the beginning of 2025, we will launch our automatic abrasive blasting equipment, which will allow us to efficiently, quickly, and cost-effectively process surfaces of both custom-made and mass-produced products, whether it’s fiber material or smaller parts.
The descaling machine is an RB-AH 600 model with 4 blasting heads.

The minimum size of the blasted workpiece: 50 x 80 mm
The maximum size of the blasted workpiece: 600 x 400 mm, no length limit.

The RB-AH 600-4 abrasive blasting equipment is primarily designed for surface cleaning of steel sheets, sheet parts, shorter rod and tube steel components, simpler welded structures, and pressed and cast parts.
The machine is equipped with four ABR-D380 type blasting heads, two located above the steel belt and two below, ensuring optimal coverage of the cross-section during the process. Blasting occurs in a plane that forms an angle with the direction of movement. The blasting heads are axial, gravity-fed constructions with six blades, equipped with pre-accelerators, and feature precise adjustment for the abrasive stream. The active zones of the machine are equipped with high-wear resistant manganese steel linings. The material transport rollers inside the housing are also protected from wear by manganese covers. The three-layer rubber curtains mounted on the entrance and exit openings of the machine prevent the abrasive from escaping.

The closed and continuous circulation of the abrasive material is maintained by screw conveyors, bucket elevators, abrasive cleaning units, and dispensers. The cleaned workpieces are blown off by a dusting unit placed on the exit track.
The machine’s dust extraction and separation system consists of galvanized pipes, forming elements, an exhaust fan, and a filter cartridge dust separator. The dust emission after the filter does not exceed 3 mg/m³.
All functions of the machine can be controlled from a central control panel. In addition to normal operation (automatic mode), manual control is also available for service purposes. The machine’s modern automation ensures economical, safe, and self-protective operation.
